Another distinct advantage of CDL's Integrated Fulfilment System is that it automatically becomes the central portal for all information. Clients can request detailed profiles regarding their orders, customers and products. This data can then be used pro-actively in the form of mailings, e-mailings or other promotions. CDL can capture information through our own call centre or integrate it with a third party contact centre provider if required
